Building Your Pilot Profile and Finding Work

Help prospective clients understand what you deliver and why your evidence fits.

A useful profile connects accurate services and service area to relevant work. Keep credentials current and show only material you have permission to publish.

Make your evidence specific

Describe outputs, not just equipment.

State the locations and travel constraints relevant to your services.

Present current credentials with accurate context.

Select portfolio examples comparable to the work you want.

Prepare a profile for a real client question

  1. 1

Review your professional description, services and service area. Replace broad claims with the output you can responsibly deliver.

  2. 2

Add relevant portfolio evidence and explain your role, the scope and the delivered output. Keep client-confidential material out.

  3. 3

Check credential details and asset information against your current records. A profile badge does not replace a mission-specific readiness check.

  4. 4

Use a sample project brief to test your profile: can a client see relevant experience, understand your approach and know what to ask next?
